We believe it is important for you to understand the cost associated with obtaining investments and services from us. You may select from our comprehensive suite of programs, which are designed for various level of investment and requirement. How Alternative Investment Management is Compensated. Depending on the types of relationship you established and the ways you choose to do business with us, Alternative Investment management may be compensated for the services we provide through transactions, other fees and/or charges. Tenancy Management For tenancy management we offer investment return pricing in which you pay an annual fee, charged monthly based on the investment property generates. Investment Advisory In Alternative Investment Management’s advisory programs you generally pay an annual fee, charged monthly, based on the return your investment generates. The fee generally covers investment consulting. However, the fee does not cover management fee or expenses within any property for the account. You can establish investment advisory relationships for your investment in addition to your tenancy management accounts. If you select Alternative Investment management advisory, our non-discretionary advisory account, your relationship manager will provide investment advice, but you will retain decision making authority over the account as well as responsibility on maintenance and expenses.
